I would like to order the mini cheese cakes 4 blueberry crumb etc. I am a friend of jean lightcap she recommended you. I have a question? I can not eat cane sugar. Can you use an alternate sweet source, like honey, maple syrup, or xylitol?

Hi Gail,
I’m sorry, but at this time I do not use any sugar substitutes because the flavor of the cakes isn’t up to my taste standards. I will notify you in the future if I start to offer cane sugar free cakes.
