Hi Cherie, Thank you for commenting All cheesecakes are made by order, however around the holidays I usually have a few extra made for emergency desserts. I am no longer making the 4.5 inch cheesecakes, but everything else is still available. Check back often for new specials and flavors. The next seasonal cake I will be adding to the list is Irish Cream Cheesecake made with homemade irish cream. I look forward to hearing from you again. Amy
