I want to take this time to thank all of you that have placed orders for Thanksgiving.  I will be super busy baking for the next couple days.  I am no longer taking any more orders, but I may post extra baked items if they are available.  I will post any cakes I have left over on Tuesday night.  Thanks again!  Back to baking for me…

Only five days left to order your cheesecakes for Thanksgiving!!  The sooner you get your order in the better…  I am starting to get swamped and I’d hate to turn away any customers.  I set the deadline for Sunday 11/20, but I may have to change that if I get more orders than I can handle.  I have been getting many orders for my Minis… Don’t forget to check out my 6 and 9 inch cakes that are perfect for family gatherings too.

I hope everyone had a very Happy Halloween! It’s time to put away the ghosts and goblins and start preparing for Thanksgiving.  It is one of my favorite holidays… Turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and so much more…  Do you know what can make this holiday even better?!?  Cheesecake!! Especially Pumpkin and Apple Crumb   I’m taking orders for local pick-up/delivery the Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  I may be able to schedule a North Jersey delivery the weekend before…  I’ll keep you posted.  Enjoy your day!

I’ve finally updated my website!!  It has been a while…  Now that the kids are back in school, I have more time to update the site and experiment with new flavors!

Pumpkin cheesecakes are back on the menu!  I am offering a new minis special just in time for the cooler weather.  The special is a half dozen pumpkin minis and 1/2 dozen apple crumb for $24.

During the next couple weeks I will be testing out some new ways to decorate minis for Halloween.  I’m really looking forward to it!  If you have any ideas please send me an email… I’m always up for suggestions.

Carrot Cake Cheesecake will be available for a limited time only.  The cake is filled with layers of homemade carrot cake and creamy cheesecake then topped with cream cheese frosting and toasted coconut… It’s delicious.  It is available in Minis, 6-inch, and 9-inch cakes.  Prices will be posted very soon..

Three dozen minis for the cutest twins in the world!  Love my little nephews… Owen and Cooper.  Happy 1st Birthday!!

Peanut Butter Cup, Banana Chocolate Chip, & Peppermint Bark

How did this happen??  Halloween felt like yesterday, Thanksgiving was a blur, and now its December…  I haven’t purchased a single Christmas gift or decorated for Christmas yet.  I have no idea when I am going to do all of this!

To add to the holiday madness I am now taking Christmas orders…  If you plan on ordering a cake for the holidays please let me know as soon as possible.  I’m not sure if I will be able to do any last minute orders.  I will post my Christmas order deadline here and facebook soon.

Wow…  I wasn’t expecting so many orders for my 4.5 inch cakes.  Unfortunately, I am all sold out…  They will be available again by December 1st.  If you were hoping to order a sampler special…  Minis are a great alternative.
